Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Almond Flour Pasta
- In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, psyllium husk powder, xanthan gum, and salt.
- Add eggs and olive oil, mixing until a dough forms.
- Roll the dough between two sheets of parchment paper until thin.
- Cut into fettuccine-style strips and let rest for 10 minutes.
- Boil water with a pinch of salt, then cook pasta for about 2 minutes. Drain and set aside.
